If Towa doesn't dc, Aqua wins the championship. The DC affected the points distribution of the game, giving Aqua only 2 points over Suisei for her win in that race instead of the normal 3. That would be enough to tie it, and since Aqua had 2 wins in the final set over Suisei's 1, she would get the championship on tiebreaker.
