Ok, confirmed it works: and this shit was there EVEN AFTER UNINSTALLING the fucking game, you have to manually take it out with admin access in command prompt.

>sc query mhyprot2 - (check the status)
>sc stop mhyprot2 - (stop the process)
>sc delete mhyprot2- (delete kernel anti-cheat)
