Though technically not monstergirls, mention must be made of the enigmatic group known as the Enclave. Descendants of Pre-War government and Paladins from the same world the Monstergirls emerged from, the Enclave is a group dedicated to the continued survival and purity of the human race in the wasteland. Men in the Enclave are expected to stay in enclave bases and impregnate female members who are not on combat duty, as well as scientific research and other non-combat duties. The women of the Enclave on the other hand, hold leadership roles and form the entirety of the Enclave's military force, if one ignores robots such as Eyebots. Obsessed with control and keeping men in their territory, the Enclave ironically tends act very similarly to monstergirls, kidnapping and raping men to keep themselves from dying out. Even more ironic is despite their obsession with purity, many of them have unknowingly mutated into monstergirls due to demonic energy and the lust generated from their rape of captured men. Feared by wastelanders above all other members of the Enclave is Francisca Horrigan, a power armored Oni feared for her incredible strength and incredible lust.
I would've kept her a super mutant, but I don't think anyone's written anything about those yet.
