Although in all seriousness, know the chances of Omachi reappearing are pretty weak. Having less than 10 pics of decent fanart (not counting cosplay) on the entire internet doesn't speak in her favour.

In other words, nobody knows. Suggestions so far include magic, a little known kitsune attribute, and double sided tape.
Unfortunately I don't own a proper long kimono, or I'd try to figure it out by experimentation.

In classical JAPAN, every refined lady worth her salt has at least four eyebrows.

Considering that was the only one time Shingen was recorded to act out of character in his lifetime, suspected there might be a hidden reference to Shingen's supposed obsession with foxes somewhere. But guess in the end, it wouldn't work out with the plot, for similar reasons as to why Akechi Mitsuhide was left a generic - Takeda Katsuyori doesn't seem to exist in the ranceverse, and even if he did he'd likely be in his late 40's and rule Takeda by that time, which would collapse the whole Takeda plotline. In other words, doesn't seem like Shingen got his fox in this setting.

Guess you really have to be a giant eyeball to get a taste of the nine-tailed darkness of the cold North. There really is no other way.
