In-universe The Order wouldn't know. Even if told in the face by the DL herself, it'd no doubt get seen as a ploy.

Plan she has involving All's Fair In Love And War rested on Victoria or pretty much most of the world, including her side, not knowing about Chaos' eventual arrival. Chaos' eventual arrival is a major part of her plan. Previous plan involved nobody knowing Druella was a shut-in moeblob. So on and so on. Kept it simple to not have to remember who knows and who doesn't, if nothing else.

It already is. Part of the conversation between the paladin and the lilim involved exactly that. Problem is that in-universe the characters don't exactly know the mechanics 100% to know if it'll work or not, and the paladin wonders if even if the entire world turned into a demon realm it'll be enough to grant monsters that ability, seeing as 1k+ years of that and enough god-like fucking to pop out 22+ lilims didn't do it already, and the characters don't have the confirmation of whether the mechanics of the DL's power-gaining require all humans to be incubi/monsters or if it requires a set amount of power that may not be reached before humanity/incubized humanity goes extinct, undeath notwithstanding. This isn't even touching on the obligatory philosophical topic of "losing one's humanity" through incubization that some people would inevitably have, regardless if one agrees with it or not, which the conversation between the paladin and the lilim also touched upon.

That'd rest more on the characters in question trusting a guy claiming to have visited the DL, or giving the idea of visiting the DL a mere second of thought, with how stepping into a demon realm as a human would be the same as stepping into the Chernobyl sarcophagus. Not to mention that the inquisitor I mentioned actually talked to the DL in Don't Doubt Druella and got the summary of what she wanted just by asking. It wasn't just a random inquisitor at that point, he was of rank that made him second only to the top guy in all of The Order, since his demon waifu made everyone think he encountered demons an awful lot and always persevered, making everyone think he had an immunity against them. As above, things rested a bit on being as they currently are.
