I have serious mental health issues that I did not find a way to alleviate until late last year. Unfortunately, the thing that helps started causing heart problems and I have not been able to take it for the last couple months.

When I don't take my meds I turn back into a binge eating potato stuck in a perpetual state of anhedonia. I hope to get I don't go back to how I used to be. Please god just let me find an alternative that helps. Before I started taking the proper medication I struggled through life and, despite my constant efforts to improve myself, I never once felt happy or was able to persevere through anything.
