The community has been dying for a long time, anon. There's been no new influx of inspiring content (i.e. new KC girls, Non-shit MG games) which means it's just the same rehashed stuff over and over. Drawfags are really the only ones keeping thing afloat by drip-feeding threads content. Writefags have no motivation to post anywhere on 4chan (not just /jp/) because, outside of stalker-like anons, they don't get any feedback on their content. Hell, not even /tg/ can keep a decent worldbuilding thread active.
