Indeed, such monsters are prevalent enough that certain herbs and spells are outright used to help them actually be more openly affectionate or at least convey their affection on occasion.

Actually the ONLY monsters so far noted in canon to have animal-based genitalia plus a normal vagina are centaurs. Unless I am missing something big there's never been a reference to cloacas, epigynes, etc.

Also, the difficulty of getting pregnant has nothing to do with combining different types of mana. Rather its a consequence of the monsters long lifespans and their former role as human predators. To quote two relevant passages (from World Guide 1 and 2 respectively)

Take girtablilu, they love stinging as a form of affection so much that they continue to do it even when their mate is perfectly willing to have sex.

Heck, its implied that for many warrior types sparring with their husband and then raping him is good for their sex lives.
