Seems decent enough based on what a popular 36M view/month YouTuber leaked recently.
Gura was getting 3M view/month on her old channel and the videos only ran one or two pre-roll ads, but it would still be a good chunk of money for basically doing nothing.

Given her old channel's views per month and how every video has a pre-roll ad, she was already making enough to coast along as long as she kept expenses down. I believe the narrative that she joined HoloEN for fun, to make friends, and maybe get her own life together.
Becoming top shark in Hololive was never a part of the plan for any party in the contract.
