All Horizontal had to be was something that organized tournaments, You mix it up between FPS and other games since the Holo members are fucking busy.

No one watches Holo for "esports" so remove that shit entirely but make it like a casual/semi comp tournament.
Seperate the genders unless the members are okay with it (whores) like Towa, Lap, Matsuri etc.
Invite other companies like Niji/VSPO or female professionals.

It's really that simple, No one is watching Holo for people with high level skills in games, Aqua APEX is just a massive anomaly because a girl being on the same level as a Predator skill wise is very uncommon.
