Stature is usually a reference to height. So this might mean Ochimushas as a race are either short or at most the size of a normal human woman.

Now this would usually not be a problem as mamono mana would make her the height desired by her husband. But the limit to those changes according to KC is those traits that are rule for that race. This is why you just cant mamonomana fuck a Wurm into having legs or a Hellhound into being white.

If having a "slender stature" is among the common rules for the Ochimusha, then this could mean no 7ft+ bodyguard waifu with abs.
