You practice, and practice, and practice some more. Take classes, learn colour theory, learn anatomy. Talk to other drawfaggots, learn from them, go to /ic/ if you hate yourself. Find a style that's most comfortable with you. No drawfaggot we have in the threads or otherwise like LN/Mari/Barb/etc got to where they are by it just HAPPENING. There was a lot of hard work and practice that went into it.

The best advice I can give to you is this; Confine yourself to the present and set realistic goals. Rather than worry about if some day you will be an accomplished content creator or at the level of Michelangelo or even greats like Leonardo and Van Gogh, focus on small goals. Learn to draw a straight line. Work your way up from there.
