I was stupefied this week seeing how fucking /v/ (videogames) managed to have better Higurashi threads than the ones on /a/ filled with unironic secondaries and people enabling trend chasers to watch the DEEN Anime first, telling them it's enoigh to understand Higurashi. Retards who wouldn't touch the VN, even going as far as to insult the source material for being too lengthy. Whereas on /v/ every single 07th translated work can be mentioned and talked about, with the sprite debate being among the only heated subjects. The new Higurashi anime made me realize how much the board has become populated with secondaries and Twitter underage faggots. /a/'s only saving grace is its strong policies of banning wojaks and frogposters on sight.
