The artists that design and draw the new models and costumes have their own artstyle and can't be replaced unless they want to change the artstyle. And those have different vtubers to work with
Then once the parts are drawn, it's time for the rigger, who also can't be replaced by others unless you want to end up with a mess like Gura's rigging
