I've been listening to Touhou radio for a few days now, and I really like the music. In /a/ there's a trackswap thread and I just got http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZB9HHINJLA which I know is going to be stuck in my head tomorrow. I also enjoy a lot of the Touhou fanart.

My question is, does all this personality actually come across in the games (like Cirno saying "eye" and calling people "baka") or is it all added in through additional material (or fan stuff)?
