Isn't that basically what Dead Apostles wished to do in their ideal world?

>The Queen has a tight control over human birthrates (though ambiguous if she is purposefully keeping them at a constant level on purpose or actually wants to increase the levels)
>humans may gain their independence but even then it seems they need a fairy guard/master constantly. Masterless humans are taken to the kingdom.
>Only fairies of high nobility can have a human servant. A girl having to pose as (You)r master is not much different from being nobility, a dream from countryside fairies
>all fairies have to pay an existence tax, a quantity of magic so high it can even kill weaker ones. Those that can’t pay are erased. This is why many fairies flee to the Nameless Village
>fairies that deteriorate over time become monsters called Mors. If a Mors attacks another fairy, they become Mors too. The Queen’s knights can fight against them. This along other calamities is why most of the kingdom still bows to her in spite of the existence tax and tight control she has of human population
>this why countryside faeries consider finding a human such good fortune and can escalate to fighting out and killing each other for one. Some fairies only care about having a human independent of dead or alive, parts or complete. Others do care for their wellbeing which leads to infighting
>they are also divided in clans with similar appearances to our mythical creatures like werewolves, elves, dwarves etc. Rivalry is small in distant villages. More intense closer to the castle.
>regardless of how they treat a human, all fairies are willing to murder each other for their goals

I thought the culture of the yandere fairies was interesting. That’s why I only restricted to that worldbuilding and won’t post the plot itself.
