Ah yeah I don't expect it on a weekday, not after she revived her weekend-midday time-slot.
I also don't think Bloom is going to be any worse than the curry collab. They'll likely sing maybe one or two songs each with some unit songs but since they are all going to be original songs I don't think they are going to go overboard with the amount of songs so it will likely be a shorter event.
The curry collab had them singing and dancing several songs and despite that going on she still found time to do I think it was Xenoblade(Mother maybe?) during it.

All the Bloom worries are overblown I'm fairly certain of that.

Her voice is generally raspy during during the start, more so when she does midday streams since she usually just woke up. Her voice tends to restore itself after she speaks for a bit however recently(A few days ago) her voice was bad enough to crack even during the end of the streams which is very uncommon, and she has been to the doctor about it.
She claims her throat is healing and it is better than it was before, so don't worry too much about it.
