I hear donations are accepted by their editor (Perentie) but they don't ask for them directly as they don't want to make it look like they are trying to make any money off of it.

As for future plans, I think they mostly want to focus on the rest of the new profiles from MGE volume 2 as KC releases them online. They would need to actually get good scans of more books before they could even consider translating them, and even then they would want to focus on official book materials, not fan books like the Dragonia one.
