Here, my memory starts burning. I didn't play Touhou 16 or 17 nearly as much as the rest. Nope, so much is lost. I'll list what comes to mind but the whole of these casts is impossible. I'll add anything else that comes to mind, like PC-98 characters.

I think that's a pretty good showing to do it all from memory. I tend to not play the side games so I'm probably missing a lot of entities that are not bosses in main Touhou games.
