So, which is your favorite MGE monster girl design? Mine is the chimera girl.

You are summoned to MGE for a Sabbath experiment. The desire of a man that has thirsted for years for monster pussy is needed. Design your Chimaera wife. Which beasts would make her up? How woule she look like? What would her personality be?

Here's a potential topic for discussion. I've always loved most aspects of the chimaera's design, but have likewise been confused as to why KC made the arm heads have that weird translucent connector/tendril thing linking the heads to her bikini armor's bottom. What is the purpose or inspiration for it? To me it just looks awkward, like it would make it harder for her to move while also serving no purpose. I can't think of any outfits in real life that attach straps from the hip region to the upper arms that this design could be trying to emulate.

"Demon Beast" really isn't the best translation. "Dark Beast" is what MGR has used for years now, and references how these are creatures that basically are aberrant/unusual compared to beastmen.

To quote Exet_mos (a Japanese guy who made a couple MGE games and used to help with translations)

This whole "beyond understanding" aspect is probably why monsters of this type are all more chimeric than most other monsters.

And while it was decided "dark beast type" was an effective translation, personally I think the "Monstrosity type" translation Seven Seas uses may be even better/more direct.

I mean, I wouldn't say it's 100% wrong exactly, it's still part of a cute girl but it's just way too close to bestiality for me to be comfortable with it.

So given the chimaera's pauldrons are part of her body (and judging from the extra art, the dragon and goat eyes on it can move to look at things), I'm wondering if one would appreciate trying to massage the things, or if simply stroking them would be better.

On another note, if all those eyes are functional it must make her pretty much impossible to sneak up on.

Still reading through the previous thread, saw that the caption for the chimaera's extra art got translated. Nice to see the info about how the feel of her body changes depending on what personality is currently being expressed (the example being that her breasts get softer when the goat personality is out).

But what really surprised is something I hadn't noticed about the extra art before. Namely compare the dragon eye of the pauldron in the main art to that in the extra art here: http://i.imgur.com/7wApNqX.jpg

The eye is in a different position! The eyes on the pauldrons move! I bet they can blink as well! I thought they were just decorative!

Am I alone in thinking this is cool?

And on another note, assuming the goat isn't the only personality to cause a physical change, how else might her body change with the different personalities? Initial ideas below:

Dragon: Body becomes firmer, but also warmer, voice becomes more powerful-sounding.
Snake: Skin becomes smoother, cooler, she gains a bit of a hiss to her voice.
Lion: Body becomes more flexible, the chimaera may chuff when happy.
