I don't think Aya would kill anyone unless she had an extreme reason to do so. She could have bought them off of an outsider (she's one of the few youkai that would actually have cash money instead of relying solely on rep and favor exchange) but I like to think that she got Hina to make them for her because Hina seems like a fashionista that would be great with sewing.

The question remains though, why does she like to dress up as a boy?
