But, Even though that Archer=Shirou, but Shirou/=Archer. Heroic Spirit EMIYA has nothing to get him out of that pact. It states very clearly in UBW that he cannot be saved and that chances are he's not going to recall that promise he made to Rin. It'll be in his records, but he may never see it again.
