Read it all, pretty good my guy but a couple issues
First off, spelling mistake, "One the bright side"
The other one I think is understanding her a bit too quickly. Us real Dead Beats of course have seen probably days worth of stuff about her so know her well, but the MC understanding her so well after just watching her sing while talking to a demon dude for a moment is too fast imo.
In the end you kinda made it alright by her using some type of spell to bind the MC to her, but prior to that it might be better to expand on the interactions with Mori a bit in some way, or make the MC actually seem like he doesn't understand her well at all but can relate to the music which can segway into something later.
Would also be good to expand on Mori being attached to the MC, after all you did bring up the possibilities of you being like the millionth dude brought down to her house by her but didn't really resolve anything about that besides you being her first "pet". Perhaps you could imply a few things happening during that blackout stage like her increasingly caring for you and growing attached as she does so and thinks about you and your life etc
