I want to try something with a hero from the age of the former mamono lords, but I worry it might read as too edgy in the opening chapters, or it’ll garner an audience of edgelords who think they’re in good company. It’d focus more on culture shock and juxtaposition humor, but that needs a few drops of self-aware edge to get it rolling. No monstergirls will die.
