While we're talking about songs, what song would you feel would best describe that moment when you realize that Monster Girls will never be real. Virtual Reality will never progress to a point where the illusion seems real to you, as it's impossible to recreate the human brain in a computer. Even if they somehow did, you'd still constantly have to leave Virtual Reality for real world obligations, breaking the illusion. And regardless, she'd still wouldn't be real, you'd never feel her hug you, and her 'emotions' towards you wouldn't amount to anything more than 1s and 0s.

If you're of the camp that you might meet your waifu in the afterlife, remember that science has no evidence for an afterlife, and likely once you die you will simply cease to exist and no longer comprehend anything. Even if a religion was true, you're looking at 1 out of 100s being true. You have to hope the one you choose is the correct one since most require you to faithfully devote yourself to that single religion.

Genetics simply wouldn't be able to merge two entirely different groups of animals. Even if they could, like hell they'd experiment on humans. Even if they did, they wouldn't grow up for you to waifu in a reasonable amount of time.

In the end, your Monster Waifu isn't real. And she will never be real. You have nothing in this life for you other than social obligations for people you don't care for, passing the time in ways that mind your mind, such as video games and anime as you trudge your way to finish all the obligations the government requires of you so the cycle and repeat. No payoff for your hard work, no cheat codes or happy end. Not even a bad one though, just a boring uneventful one that will be forgotten in a few years time after your passing.

I feel this one works well.
