For whatever it's worth, the list of who'll be members of the third party committee have been announced. It turns out it'll be 3 people (whereas they had promised 5 or 6 people between experts and external lawyers just last week)

The investigations are supposed to look into not only direct causes of Mahohon's case but also the background factors.
Results are to be announced in a 1 month and a half, it'll be communicated first to the group's direction board, which will then announce them to the public.

Aaaand I guess we can already kiss goodbye to any hopes of unbiasedness or transparency. Looks like somebody did a little background check on the connections of each lawyer and this is what it came out already.

>Shinwa Law Office - company lawyer of AKS and Akimoto's own company
