The problem's much deeper than that.

You see, the game attacks the player for wanting to be the good guy and wanting to save the day. It assumes we play military shooters because have some deep-seated need to be "heroic." The problem is, most of the people who play military shooters do so because we enjoy them, not because we have a pathological need to be the good guy. And there is nothing bad about wanting to play the good guys in a video game.

Basically, the game paints us as monsters for simply wanting to have fun with our video games.
