Unironically I think they need to stop playing games with shy girls and focus on more talk focused collabs.
Bring in someone like Tamaki who knows how to MC and have her carry out something between the ID girls and JP girls, it would work much better and forces shy girls to actually talk. They'll be nervous but it means they get their moment to shine still.

With things like games you're forced to try and speak up, which is harder because you don't want to step on the toes of the other people, which for shy people just makes them back off.

Do some shit like telephone or pictionary. You'd think a group of shy girls would understand how shy people work.
