Problem is Noel has a conscience and she wants to make her plan worth it for her members or she'll feel like she's cheating them or they'll be upset with her. I don't know how her brain works, she should just say fuck it, I want money and go for it.
I think the problem going on with this plan idea is she isn't talking to anyone about it. She's going at it alone and bouncing ideas off chat which isn't the best place for them. I wish she would talk to a friend or someone in Hololive that does similar fanboxes like Luna, Choco, or Mel. but maybe she doesn't feel comfortable asking them? I wish I could sit down with her and brainstorm ideas with her and work out the kinks because how long she's been doing this and how many pop up zatsu she's done asking chat for advice is concerning. I get she wants to get it right but this might be one of those things she just has to change and adapt as time goes on.
Maybe start with 500 and 5k plans and then introduce a 10k plan later when she knows how many people will sign up for it and she has product to make it worth it. Selling old clothes and making awkward conversation on the phone isn't making me want to pull out my CC and lose $100 a month when I have other budgetary concerns. If she wants to do archive there's sites like Mega and even Google Drive where she can control who goes in and what they take so people aren't passing around URL and pirating her work. Like I said, it feels she doesn't know anything about what she's doing and figuring it out along the way where I think someone familiar with this would be helpful but she doesn't want to ask for help. I don't know her relationship with Macoto or R but if she's not asking Holos, she won't ask them.
