Well they can destroy crops to the extent that the farmers just have to try again next year, and are noted to be dangerous to hunt.

Given how big and full of ancient ruins the MGE world is it's fair to say there is a ton of unexplored stuff. That's one of the major things you can do as an adventurer.

Gaiden 3 has art of locations from most of the different islands in Court Alph.

To clarify guys, technology in the MGE is very much a case of schizo tech as is often the case in fantasy RPG settings. When it comes to regular technology they haven't gone much beyond gunpowder and steam power, but via magitech they have produced things that mimic much more advanced technology (albeit said technology may not be widespread, especially outside of mamono realms that lack the necessary magical energies to fuel them).

As for condoms, well modern latex may not exist but various equivalent things may. Like whatever those things the high orc has are made of. I forget what they are, only that they're made to break when used.

I'm thinking Asura Mythra must be larger than the average human, or monster girl for that matter.

That is her bed is noted to be large to accommodate her tentacles, and in fact "fills the room." Said room is the top of the tower seen in this image, and so must be a fair size. And in her art her tentacles do not seem disproportionately long compared to other kraken, so her whole body must be a bit bigger.

Further, she's apparently able to carry the man around while he's still inside her without it being at all awkward for her to move about (in terms of size, obviously she is strong enough to do it easily regardless), which would make more sense if he was smaller than her.
