You must understand that Koharu was the only chosen from 2 auditions and over-hyped as the miracle that would bring Momusu back to the front pages (something like Gottsuan). Of course it failed but they have to uphold her as the "Miracle Ace" so they give her seiyuu roles, let her take the center (of the songs), give her a good line distribution in songs (even if she doens't sing) and such.
