That's because they're simultaneously two of the Holos who put in the most hours streaming but also two of the least popular. That combination gets you this. It's the opposite of Ayame.

What's funny is they were super popular back in the day when chuubas were small and had a more hardcore otaku audience who pretty much just cared about singing and ASMR. Things changed a little when Sankisei joined and then the whole scene exploded when permissions happened (coincidentally..?)
