Despite the memes, clips GENERALLY used to be good. People shit on him, but Lyger and his ilk actually provided good quality translations that didn't misrepresent the Holo in particular, and they usually focused on their oshi rather than trend chase for clicks. Then you had the birdkuns and the otakmoris, with their garbage translations and unironic narratives.

And now, in the past couple of months, you've seen the rise of the true clickbait clipniggers, who literally just make shit up and completely misquote girls in the thumbnail to hook in viewers. "It's not an issue," they might say, but then you had faggots in Mori's stream today actually ask her if she was really a shotacon, and I bet anything it was this video that put them on that. They don't give a shit about Hololive or any of the girls, it's literally all about money, and I honestly think Cover needs to do something about it.

By the way, I mentioned Mori since it was a recent example, but Ame and Gura are getting the worst of this right now from the EN side.

Clickbait clips are genuinely becoming far more of a problem lately.
