Modern real world but changing drastically the amount of humans on it so vast zones of the world are still not explored and (You) can still have adventures. Think of pokemon with its technological cities surrounded by a lot of nature with some villages here and there. Monsters live on secret societies that compete with each other for husbands and power/influence through the world, lots of nations and multinationals are controlled by them in the shadows. Magic still exists but isn't as common as in MGE. Depending on the zone of the world the major players are one species or another. For example although they appear as a democracy, the ones controlling Japan are the imperial family, who are actually a kitsune bloodline.

Excellent, especially if you like the refined, elegant and proud sorts of women, with some tsundere aspects. Some are doting and honest too of course.

Depends on the vampire and how hungry she is. Never enough to debilitate you long term of course. Most probably would usually take no more than an amount that leaves you somewhat fatigued.

Course I'd wager vampire husbands get some blood regeneration enhancements to go with their usual incubus bonuses, so the vampire can feed for longer periods.

You're already probably going to cum a few times from her bite. Adding a rune might be overkill and could waste a lot of semen.

Though I do see a workaround for a particularly gluttonous vampire. For regular bites she would bite the side of the neck without a rune. For biting during sex though she'd bite the side with the rune, so you would be feeding her a ton into both mouths as she rode you.
