Mikochi is the most hard working holo there is(except for maybe Koyo).
She lives and breathes hololive.
She watches her own streams and clips in her free time to see people's reactions so she can improve. This is how she stays entertaining even after 4 fucking years.
She is also still very much in character in all her streams. I see Matsuli or Chocosen streaming without their avatar but Mikochi never does this(unless if she is making a joke or something). She gets extremely triggered when her avatar bugs in some way.

I know i'm biased but compared to most other holos(especially the dogshit ENs) she just takes her job actually serious and you gotta respect that even if you hate everything else about her.
She truly deserves her Elite title without a doubt.
