Most of the shit Haachama was doing was fine by these monetization guidelines. Only some of the later videos when she started including blood and gore might trip the little context part of the guideline, but that depends on if YouTube cares about context in individual videos or if overarching stories count as enough context. Worst case scenario with those guidelines would have been she had to turn off superchats.
