I have two theories. The first is that the Hollowlives dont actually play the game but just narrate everything as if theyre playing. The other one is that theyre playing but everything is just pretend and staged. I noticed this a lot during the Okayu Link's Awakening stream when she would go out of her way to not use the boots or to ignore an unexplored room right next to her in favour of a room on the other side of the dungeon, thus inflating the time by probably a good 20%. Thats not how someone who is somewhat good at games like Okayu (supposedly) would tackle a dungeon in an easy game like Link's Awakening. The second theory also means that Pekomoona is a setup by the management to gain popularity, viewers and therefore money. Basically its Virtual Anime Streamer Wrestling. Everything is fake

Niji has way more permissions with publishers because niji itself was created by the very same big jap tech giants. Their permissions will only come once niji inevitably implodes or hololive inevitably gets too big to not have them.
