I don't think it's fair to rank it as "give a shit" levels, because circumstance and style factor into their placement a lot. For instance, Ina not being able to get a collab going hurts her ranking, but that could be due to circumstances that are out of her control, so it shouldn't factor into their dedication.
Maybe a better descriptor of the rankings would be by "elastic interactivity?" With the top of the scale being someone who is very elastic and flexible in their interactivity with streaming, and the bottom is someone whose streams are more regimented, planned, and inelastic.
By that descriptor, this fits, as Kiara is incredibly deep into the interactive streamer role, Ame is bouncing from stream to stream and has audience banter, Mori has less streams and a stricter timescale but does a lot of experimentation and talk within those bounds, Gura goes her own way and at her own pace more than she bends to streaming convention, and Ina delivers a very structured experience to her viewers.
Importantly, this ranking doesn't measure quality, but simply the form that their content takes, so as not to start shitflinging when discussing it.
