There are certain differences. Namely, monsterized women:

1. Are more likely to be adamant about monsterizing humans, since they know from personal experience how great it is.
2. Are more likely to deviate from the standard personality/nature of the monster species they transformed into, thanks to how they maintain the essence of who they were as a human.
3. Are more likely to create big changes to monster culture thanks to the knowledge of human culture they impart, hence why a majority of artists, chefs, etc. in mamono realms are incubi or monsterized women.

I'm pretty sure she would do such a task with incredible focus and enthusiasm. Its when you are giving her pleasure that she may shift her focus to her research, since her mind works best under such circumstances.
