The vampire profile says that vampires will only transform women who have the right qualities. I find it hard to believe that such a high level monster would have the ability to turn any women into more of herself, but deliberately chooses not to do so, so it must be the case that vampires simply CAN'T transform women who lack "vampiric potential".

But that brings up the question, what happens if a woman who lacks that potential somehow gets bitten by a vampire? Does she just turn into a succubus, or something else? What if that results in a dhampir, and that's the reason why vampires avoid biting women who don't have the potential to become full vampires?
