Kojima is working on contract with Konami currently so Phantom Pain will be fine.

They are removing his name from "the branding" basically so he's not in the credits or on the front and shit. Luckily my alternative Main Man in vidya games listed him in the credits.

Silent Hills is straight up ded currently.

If it's to be believed Kojima is running off to do his own thing after the Konami contract ends, reinforced by the jobs listings that Konami listed for the MGS series.

You'll just have to wait and see what happens but hopefully Kojima will get one more game out via his own company or with Konami before 2017 hits and MG's invade.
