>you keep living as you live and in one week Aya Shiomi moves to become your neighbour who will force herself into your "girlfriend" even if you reject her and gets lip fillers for the rest of her life even if you beg her to stop
>you kill yourself within a week and are reborn as a baby in your year of birth to a life where in high school you meet Yumika Saeki (she also is reborn as the same age) who becomes your girlfriend and eventually marry her
For me, it's suicide for Yumika Saeki. I like my life and want to see the future but I'd be scared of Aya in real life to be her boyfriend unless she stops getting lip fillers.
