For Oga, it is a bit harder for me to imagine, but I would basically give him a kimono and add him a bunch of chuuni accessories. To make a refreshing change and keep his right eye hidden, I gave him slightly longer hair.
The concept is just him chilling around and doing a summer festivals tour during holidays given his usual streaming times
