He isn't all wrong honestly. Miko might be the aggressor most of the time but when push comes she crumples like paper(Which Pekora also does incidentally). The PekoMiko Christmas shows this because as soon as things got even a little bit too far away from Miko's pace she cracked.
Also watch this clip and you'll see that Pekora has aces up her sleeve when it comes to Miko
