semi related but can someone give me a rundown on asmr is supposed to work? I used to listen to great deal of it but i cant remember the specifics but its basically if i feel tingles = it works? because i decided to check out choco's asmr a while back and it like someone breathing on me/touching me from the neck down but i could feel it the most on the right side of my neck and throat. a long time ago there i listened to asmr the first i felt it once but never again whenever i went down the rabbit hole for other videos and files but never felt that sensation Have i been listening to shity asmr for all these years and didnt know it up until this point or what?
