Suisei actually explained that part in her after-talk zatsudan. She said she and AZKi coincidentally looked at each other while singing (you can see in the vod that AZKi looked at her first then she did the same), then AZKi smiled at her and it was so gentle that she remembered the past and thought "ah, we're finally singing together", and that's why she cried.
