Okay, so my advice is to usually have an outline, but it's even more important with a fight. You need to know your terrain, the weapons, the fighter's capabilities and styles, etc. Then, think up a few 'spots', highlights of the fight that are the big moments. Lay out how you want the spots to unfold, and you'll have your basic flow of the fight. It probably also helps to figure out exactly how you want to end the fight. Once you've got all that, it should be easy enough to write in generic combat to flow from one spot to the next. I gave it a crack a while back and I'd like to think I didn't do horribly.

Not sure if this helps, but these are the rules I run off of when I try to do lewd:
-Play to the species' strengths. That's most of the appeal of the girls, getting to write impossible sex scenarios.
-Have a defined body & personality. It doesn't have to be amazing, but at least have the foundations of how your character looks and acts.
-Watch porn. No joke, it helps. It'll get you to think in the mindset of positions and dirty talk.
-Be descriptive. You don't have and visual or audio to help you, so if you want people to enjoy it you have to use some detail.
-Go crazy with it. There's very little that won't get at least a few people going here. If you can think it up and enjoy it, chances are somebody else will.

The only way that I can see that happening ever would be to move the MGE stuff to /e/ or /h/. The problem is no mod is has had the balls to make a clear ruling bout whether it counts as /a/ material or not, and there are plenty of arguments to be made in both directions (I personally say that so long as sadpanda and doujins are permissable that MGE should be, but that's neither here nor there right now).

The writers and artists could stay since they are currently a very small portion of the current threads. They'd just have to limit themselves to just a couple posts in threads to declare updates and not fall into the dozen concurrent CYOAs that started this whole debacle.

Start threads on /a/ to talk about the mangas every so often, then jump over to /e/ or /h/ for the MGE stuff. If the last few days have proven anything, we're will to jump between boards to track our interests.
