Gura asked Shion if she had something to put in their EN server Museum when they did their tour and Shion jokingly threw out that Maku without really explaining it.
Gura didn't realize it was something lewd and was a bit confused at first but made an exhibit for it in their museum while Shion was just madly giggling nearly losing her shit.
