With 2 brush strokes I was able to erase the mouth corners and "fix" it. But if you want them to be present for more detailing, I'd do something like this, more delicate. Much of your "extra lines" are pretty thick.
Also your drawings have a strange feeling to me, as if they were vectors from other pictures. Do you draw it and then smooths it up or something?
