Noah probably had dinosaurs and shit on the Ark, and if we were to say that phantasmal beasts have existed at all, then he would probably have those on his Ark as well.

Then if one would wan't then I guess that one would make Noah able to summon Leviathan, Behemoth and Ziz.
Now those 3 are quite special and the myths regarding them are actually a bit seperated from the same religion/myth tree as Noah but if Noah would be able to summon them as well then his Noble phantasm would be A++ by far.
